Last Summer our downstairs air conditioning system failed. My twin one year old babies were unable to use their playroom due to the heat and my wife insisted that I get someone quick. Two years before, I had the worst experience of my life when a different company installed my upstairs air conditioning system and did not install it correctly. I was nervous at first when I called Tim at ACS, but Tim’s experience, extensive knowledge, and attention to detail soon put my mind at ease. ACS gave me an accurate date as to when the unit would be installed, they showed up on time, put on booties to keep my house clean throughout the process, and was courteous and pleasant throughout the installation. I had selected a Trane dual fuel heat pump and gas furnace with a Clean Effects air filtration system to have maximum efficiency and incredibly clean air. The system is very complex and the controller would not recognize the heater component. Since it was summer and I did not need the heat, ACS could have left my home and not told me about the heat issue, like the company that installed my upstairs Trane unit a couple of years before. That company acted “surprised” when my heat didn’t work that winter. Not ACS though. They had a person working closely with Trane and thoroughly testing the system to find the problem every day until everything was perfect. The problem turned out to be faulty software in the new controller unit and a firmware update was installed to resolve the communications problem. The dedication of ACS in seeing the project through to perfection has locked them in as the only HVAC company I will ever use again! Finally, an HVAC company who was honest, focused on customer service, was clean, and who came in perfectly on budget! Since the system has been installed, our energy bills have dropped by more than half even though we enjoy lower temperatures in the summer and higher temperatures in the winter. Our system does not struggle like our old one did to maintain temperature and we have completely eliminated the need for supplemental space heaters on cold days! We are incredibly happy with our purchase and your outstanding service and highly recommend you to everyone!
